Important Update!
Original Date
June 18, 2021
New Date
June 18, 2022
Dear family and friends,
After thoughtful consideration, we have decided to reschedule our wedding plans for this summer in Mauritius, Africa.
There are a lot of unknowns around the current pandemic, and the health and safety of our friends, families, and essential workers are our highest priority. Though we have been looking forward to gathering together to celebrate, we acknowledge that it is not possible to do so safely at this time. We are, of course, disappointed, but we are thankful to have such a great support system to help us manage these strange times.
We have changed our wedding date to June 18, 2022! We are hopeful you will still be able to join us for our special day!
Please reach out to us if you have any additional questions.
With love and health,
Shelley & Joshua
Greetings!
Hello friends and family,
When thinking of a gift for us,
We ask if you'd please consider
Contributing to our honeymoon
To make it all the sweeter
Our house is filled with all the things
A couple could require,
And so, some time to get away
Is what we'd most desire
Then while we're relaxing on the beach
Or by the pool so blue,
We'll sit back and know
That it's truly thanks to you!
We are honored you will share in our special day. Of course your presence is our gift, but if you can't make it to our union, please feel free to show us your love and support in gift form. Thank you for visiting and gifting. Feel free to contact us if you need more information about how it works.. We can't wait to see you on our big day!

Updates
Hello Family & Friends,
We are a little over two weeks away from our wedding date and we are so excited! For those joining us in Africa, please read the latest COVID-19 mitigations. A COVID test is no longer required before boarding the plane; however, a COVID test will be done on your arrival in Mauritius. Any persons COVID positive, less than 8 days before boarding, are not allowed to travel to Mauritius; however, persons having been tested positive to COVID before the date of boarding and hold a medical certificate certifying having been cured and received at least one dose of the COVID vaccine is allowed entry into Mauritius. All persons must bring with them their vaccination certificate. Following the decision by the Ministry of Health in Mauritius, quarantine is no longer required; however, an automatic isolation of 7 days is prescribed for all persons not sufficiently vaccinated and all persons having been tested COVID positive on arrival. Masks should be worn at all times.

Dear Family and Friends,
We hope you didn't dust off your dancing shoes just yet! Our wedding is still on and scheduled for June 18, 2022 in Mauritius, Africa!
Ahead of the event, however, we would like to share health and safety measures. Please take time to carefully review this email before making an informed decision about your RSVP.
When we became engaged, we of course never pictured our wedding being impacted by a pandemic. But these are the times, and, despite its impact, we can’t wait to celebrate our love with you. However, with the new COVID-19 mitigations, all attendees have to be fully vaccinated and masks worn at all times. We understand that this may mean that we can’t celebrate our big day with people we hold dearest. We are, of course, saddened by that, but we are thankful to have such a great support system to help us manage these strange times. Please reach out to us if you have any additional questions and we look forward to your RSVP.
Love,
Joshua and Shelley

Dear family and friends,
We hope you and yours are healthy and safe during this time, and we appreciate all the love and support we’ve received from each of you. Although the COVID-19 crisis has created much uncertainty, don’t dust off your dancing shoes just yet! As of now, we will be proceeding with our wedding on June 18, 2021 in Mauritius, Africa. We understand that the situation is in constant flux, therefore, we will continue to monitor the current CDC guidelines and the recommendations of our country in order to gather and celebrate. We will keep you informed if that should change. In the meantime, please don't forget to reach out to the travel agent, Santricia Harris, so she can provide you with information to obtain your passports. Please email her at luxuriousclasstravel@gmail.com. In the subject line, put Odunuga Wedding. Please continue to check here for updates. We are hopeful you will still be able to join us for our special day!
