Wow - it's been a busy year!

Arnav spent the first half of 2019 in New York City, thriving amongst the grit and glamour while seeking employment as a recent liberal arts grad. Shanti joined him for the summer, after finishing a third year at their shared alma mater amidst the cornfields. Though biting at the reins to start on her own career trajectory, she'll return for one final semester of university in the fall. You can find us getting lost in bookstores, frequenting free concerts, or amidst Prospect Park's lush corners, until we return in August to Salem for the nuptial festivities :)

In 2020 we plan to fly South to India, to meet the Somani relatives in Arnav's native city of Nagpur, and to continue the celebrations traditionally with friends and family across the the country. We'd love to extend this homecoming into an exploration of South Asia, by traveling additionally to Thailand, Indonesia, and beyond.

In joining us for our wedding or reception events in Oregon this August, your presence is truly already the greatest gift. If you'd like to leave us with your kind wishes in other ways, however, physical gifts are currently beyond our needs - we will be highly mobile for the next few months as Shanti finishes school, Arnav moves out of NYC.

We are both passionately curious people, currently committed to facets of the future most immediately at hand, but eager to see more of the world as soon as opportune.
