Caleb and I are going to be taking a 16-day adventure through Guatemala, Belize & Mexico! We are incredibly excited as this is our first time visiting the tropics. We will be going to a macadamia nut plantation, a coffee plantation, and for a hike along a volcano. We also want to take a few other hiking trips, go kayaking, spelunking and visit the Blue Hole National Monument!
