We are very fortunate to already have a home full of the items that meet our needs. We have recently started our own business including all the trials and pitfalls that come along with such an endeavor. The most important thing in the world is time spent with family and friends! For our wedding day we want everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Our life together will begin on the grounds of Old River Farms, a fully functioning farm! Yes, the reception is in a barn with a dirt floor and hay! Please have comfortable shoes for a night of dancing and celebration. In the event of bad weather, no worries, we will move the ceremony into the barn.
We have reserved rooms at two hotels in the Wilmington area. They are offering a reduced rate for our special day.
If you choose to stay at The Holiday Inn Express & Suites please call 910-392-3227 and refer to the "Ward-Miller" Wedding block. The last day to reserve is September 6, 2019
If you choose The Courtyard by Marriott call 910-395-8224 and reference code MWWS. The last day to reserve is October 4, 2019
