Cabo San Lucas

Sunbathing is the main event here, particularly along the shores of Playa Solmar or the super-popular Playa del Amor. Just be sure that when you need to go for a dip, you're at a safe beach for swimming. This part of the ocean has strong undertows, even stronger riptides and vicious waves that crash down on swimmers. (Lover's Beach and Playa Medano are examples of sandy spots generally safe for swimming.) Away from the shore, you'll find that Los Cabos hosts some of the most beautiful and challenging golf courses.
