Greetings!

Lauren and Nathan have a strong sense of adventure, each in their own unique way.

 

Nathan is known for leading climbs up volcanos and glaciers to summits of up to 14,000 feet. While Lauren has traveled to places well off the beaten track to locations many can’t begin to pronounce.

 

It is through those adventures that they have grown as individuals and now, wish to grow as a couple.

 

Thus, for their wedding registry, instead of asking for things they are asking for experiences towards their first big adventure as a married couple in Africa.

 

They are planning a trip to Tanzania for two weeks where they'll travel through the Serengeti, summit Mount Kilimanjaro, and relax on the island of Zanzibar.

Tanzania

For three weeks we'll travel around the country of Tanzania, a once in a lifetime trip for us both. We'll begin by spending a week in the various parks trying our luck at seeing Africa's Big Five while on safari. Then we'll attempt Africa's highest peak, 19,341 foot Mt. Kilimanjaro, on a six day trek. After all that climbing we'll need some relaxation before heading home. For five days we'll make our final stop on the white sandy beaches of Zanzibar.
