Greetings!
We are glad to see you made it to our own personal page,
Jerica and I have been acquaintances since the eighth grade, back then we were definitely on our own separate paths in life. I was your typical high school jock and Jerica was very involved in the student body. She was the morning anchor on the Winfield High School news and I just thought see was the annoying girl with corny jokes. We both graduated high school and went off to college. I attended the prestigious WVU tech, located in the flourishing town of Montgomery, WV and Jerica attended the elite school know as Marshall University aka Winfield college.
After attending college, we both were still on very different paths. I landed a job with Brayman Construction, after what seemed like an eternity at Home Depot (3 Months). Lets just say that customer service wasn't exactly my strong suit. Meanwhile, Jerica was operating her own Tea business, including operating a store in the Charleston and Huntington Mall. One of Jerica's best attributes is the way she treats other people, sometimes forgetting about herself, but always putting others first. This is where things get interesting.
No, I was not prince charming that showed up in the Tea store on day and swept Jerica off her feet. I was actually the introvert that found her one day on a dating website and said "hey I know that girl". Playing it cool, I sent her a message. We talked back and forth for awhile before I got up the courage to ask her out. She had just got out of a serious relationship and was not ready to date yet. I didn't give up, she finally gave into my charm, and gave me her phone number. Turns out the phone number was incorrect, but before I could even call, she apologized and sent me the corrected number. Some call it luck, some call it fate but I truly believe that God had made very special plans for us.
Our first date was very interesting, I invited her to the bowling alley, because I thought that would be a very relaxing place for us to reconnect. Turns out I didn't exactly tell her the right bowling alley, and spent half of the night worrying if she was ever going to show up. Communication was never our strong suit and since that stressful night at the bowling alley, our time together has been a blast. We love to travel and make special memories. We have decided to start our marriage out by taking our honeymoon on an 8 Day cruise to the Eastern Caribbean.
We are very lucky to have had, each and every one of you, influence our lives. Please enjoy browsing our wish list, where you can contribute to our dream honeymoon! We will be sure to make life long memories and will assure you that we'll have some stories to tell about it.
Thanks for visiting and we can't wait to see you on our big day!
We love you all!!
