New Date

July 30, 2022

We will now be getting married in the Bay Area (Lafayette, California). We have to wait to cement plans for next year but will update everyone when we have things set.

We strongly encourage you all to get vaccinated before next year for your own safety, as well as making sure we have a safe healthy celebration for out long delated wedding reception.

Greetings!

Hello friends and family,

Change of plans: We now plan to get married in 2022 (7/30/22).

While we had high hopes for moving forward from covid by this summer at least enough so we could safely ask people to travel, and join us for an outdoor celebration, it just hasn't happened and we're running out of time. The venues we liked aren't booking reservations yet, and the pickings are slim.

So we will update this spot and send you another invitation once things are set for next year. The plan is send updated invites as soon as we have a spot booked, so people can get their travel arrangements together early. Apologies for yet another delay and hope to see you all next year.

Love Matt and Kim

Uganda and Greece

We'll be taking a safari in Uganda to see gorillas, chimpanzees, lions, tigers (not really), bears (also not them) oh my, but hopefully many many other African animals as it has been separate dreams of both of ours our entire lives to visit Africa to see the incredible animals in the wild and now it's our combined dream.

Since Uganda isn't the most honeymoony of honeymoon destinations we'll be following up Uganda with some time in Greece. Kim as many of you know takes care of a feral cat colony, gets them fixed, and feeds them on a daily basis. When we read about a couple in on a Greek Island doing what she did she thought it would be amazing, but unlikely to visit. Well, that's exactly what we'll be doing. Thank you for helping us realize our animal filled dreams on our honeymoon.
