The ceremony will begin just before sunset at 4:45pm on November 14, with a cocktail hour and reception to follow. Although we're planning for an outdoor ceremony, the West Texas weather can be unpredictable, so we do have an indoor Plan B option on the premises if the need arises.
We're not formal people, so there's no need for formal attire. As a general guideline, if you can wear it to work or to church, you can wear it to our wedding.
We know that COVID-19 is a concern for many people, and the safety of our guests is VERY important to us. As of the date this is written (8/11/20), Albany has zero active COVID-19 cases. Although masks will not be required for our guests, we'll have enough on hand for anyone who needs or wants to wear one. We'll also have plenty of hand sanitizer available for use. Depending on the status of the epidemic by November 14, the venue may ask all guests to sign a COVID-19 release form upon arrival.
