We have included the hotel policies for your information below. Note that the hotel does not have an elevator and in the case that you wish to reserve individually, you may do so with the same 20% discount for a 4-night stay by contacting them directly.
Our group policies are:
The following represents the Group Policy to be applied to ALL Groups;
1. Minimum advance booking: 30 days.
2. Minimum night stay 2 nights
3. Minimum of rooms 5
4. The Total reservation must be paid at the time of reservation or 30 days prior check-in day.
5. Reservations are non-refundable. There is no refund allowed as per Hotel Policy 30 days prior arrival.
6. No Breakfast Included
7. Discounts: 20% off if staying 4 nights or more.
8. For modifications, a guest can modify a reservation, but the amount paid already cannot be refunded for any reason. Please buy travel insurance along with your plane ticket for any instance out of your control.
9. Late check outs: Must be requested at the time of reservation.
