Hello friends and family,

Jon and I decided to get married in the same place that we met, fell in love and got engaged in - Antarctica!

On December 30, 2020 we held a surprise ceremony to a room of over 100 friends and coworkers who thought they were simply attending an annual Holiday Show at the Waste Barn in McMurdo Station, Antarctica. When Jon walked on stage in his dashing dark blue suit, the crowd erupted in joy and love.

While all of our family and many of our friends were unable to clink glasses and dance into the wee hours of the morning with us on Dec. 30, we still wanted to let you all know how much we appreciate the support and love you have shown us as a couple.

The next chapter in our life together is to begin building on a 3.5 acre homestead that borders Denali National Park in Alaska. Luckily for us we have skills and many extremely talented friends and family that will help us physically build from the ground up.

We have included a few stores in our registry where we can purchase building supplies, tools and safety gear. Most have a brick and mortar store in the closest city of Fairbanks - 144 miles away.

Or if you feel so inclined, just leave a gift of what room or project you'd like to help out with! Possibilities include.... shower/bathhouse, outhouse, greenhouse, sauna, storage shed, wood shed, installing utilities and more.
