We recently purchased Glaucus, a beautiful 47 foot Skookum ketch. She is sturdy and sound, and a perfect home that will take us wherever the wind blows. She does, however, need lots of love. Your contributions are so greatly appreciated! And there's always room in the cockpit for friends and family!

We encourage you to dress in whatever is comfortable for you!! Libby will be wearing a dress and Brian will be wearing a suit and tie but this is a beach wedding and there is no strict dress code! It may be breezy so plan accordingly!

In order to get to the Mackey Family Beach House you may need to take the ferry. Below are links to both the Edmonds to Kingston schedule and the Seattle to Bainbridge Island schedule. Edmonds to Kingston is the most direct route but the Seattle to Bainbridge route is also an option. The drive time from the Bainbridge ferry terminal to the wedding venue is about 40 minutes.
Please keep in mind that ferry traffic can be VERY heavy in the summer and the wait times can be pretty long (two hours in not uncommon). Best advice is to leave early, bring a good book and some snacks, and potty before you get in the car!
There is always the option to drive around and avoid the ferries altogether. This route takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Directions for this option are as follows:
Take I-5 South
Take exit 132B for WA-16 W toward Bremerton
Keep left and merge onto WA-16 W (26.9 miles)
Merge onto WA-3 N (17.7 miles)
Take the WA-305 exit toward Poulsbo/Bainbridge Island (0.3 miles)
Turn right onto WA-305 S (0.6 miles)
Turn left onto WA-307 N/Bond Rd NE (5.2 miles)
Continue onto WA-104 E (1.5 miles)
Turn left onto Hansville Rd NE (7.4 miles)
***Turn right onto Point No Point Rd NE to park at the ceremony venue
***Turn left onto Buck Lake Rd NE to park at the reception venue with shuttle available to ceremony

PARKING INFO:
The CEREMONY will be held at Libby's parents' house (8532 Point No Point Rd NE, Hansville, WA)
The RECEPTION will be held at The Greater Hansville Community Center (6778 Buck Lake Rd NE, Hansville WA)
Parking at the ceremony venue is limited!
Guests staying at the Point Casino Hotel are encouraged to carpool if possible.
If you have a Washington Discover Pass Placard, you can use it to park in the small Washington Fish & Wildlife Water Access park just east of the venue.
More parking is available at the reception venue which is a 5 minute drive from the ceremony venue. There will be a shuttle available to transport people to the ceremony, with the last shuttle leaving at approximately 2:45pm. The shuttle will also transport people to the reception after the ceremony.
