We will be staying 5 nights at the Esperanza Resort in Cabo, Mexico. We chose this hotel in particular because it has a private plunge pool overlooking the Sea of Cortez. You might notice the resort is familiar if you've seen one of our favorite movies, The Heartbreak Kid.
