Aruba - Divi All-Inclusive Resort

We met on October 21, 2017 towards the end of the night at a beautiful wedding of some wonderful friends. Numbers were exchanged and conversations started that led into a long distance relationship. While it was only 2 1/2 hour drive between our homes, having abnormal schedules made that very difficult some times to see each other on a normal basis. We believe, however, that this made our relationship grow stronger from the beginning. We were talking on the phone and FaceTime every day which allowed us to really get to know each other! On October 20, 2018, we went on a week long, all inclusive vacation to Divi Little Bay Resort in St. Maarten. It was here that we realized that we, not only could spend an entire week with just each other, but we didn't want to go one-, two-, three- weeks at a time without seeing one another. So in February of 2019, Matt selflessly found a new job in Indianapolis, sold his home in Valpo, and we moved in together! We have our sweet little family that includes our fur babies Remi, Frankie Jane, and Charlie! On December 7, 2019, while in Nashville, TN, Matt completely shocked me, got down on one knee, promised to forever keep me warm, and asked me to spend our lives together!! It was the easiest YES I have ever said! We loved spending a week on the beach together and loved the Divi resort (who wouldn't)! So we have decided to spend our honeymoon at another Divi resort in Aruba!! We cannot wait to start our married life together on a beautiful island celebrating our first week as husband and wife!!
