Hello friends and family,

As you are now aware, we eloped on our anniversary, Tuesday, May 25, 2021 in Sunset Beach, North Carolina! We really loved our private ceremony, and are incredibly happy to share the news with you now! Simply sharing the news with you is gift enough for us, but we know that some of you will still want to give us a present to celebrate. When we feel comfortable travelling again, we would love to do our honeymoon bopping around Europe. Since this trip is a long way out, we don't have much planned yet, but we know we will be going back to Italy where we first met. We want to spend some time back in Reggio Emilia visiting all of our old favorite spots. Maybe we'll go back to Planet for some sangria and their apertivo, maybe we'll go to Opera Cafe for a "sandwich whatever." We'll definitely go back to Condor, where we had our first date. Some other top destinations in Italy include: Castelrotto, Cinque Terre, Sicily, and the Amalfi Coast.

Beyond Italy, we would like to make stops in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Ireland. We don't know if we'll be able to squeeze it all in, but we think this currently unplanned adventure will be the best way to kick off the unplanned adventure that is marriage!
