Guests seating starting at 4:45 pm
Ceremony to begin at 5:00 pm
Wedding party photo session from 5:15 to 5:45 pm
Bride & Groom photo session: 5:45 to 7:45 pm
Reception Details (7:00 to 11:00 pm)
Open bar (beer, wine & liquor) all reception long
Cocktails & socialization from 7:00 to 8:00 pm
Bride & Groom arrive around 7:45 pm
Dinner served at or around 8:00 pm
DJ and dancing until 11:00 pm
Additional uncoordinated shenanigans to follow!
Reception Transportation Details
Shuttle bus transportation to and from the reception will be provided.
Shuttle from Caesar’s main valet 6:30 to 8:30 PM
Shuttle from LINQ casino main valet 9:30 to 11:30 PM (stops at Caesar's & the Flamingo)
For those guests who would like to take a stroll on the Vegas Strip the Wheel House at the High Roller Observation Wheel (near the LINQ Casino) is a roughly 15 minute walk from Caesar’s Palace.
Dinner Details (indicate selections on RSVP)
Cow = filet mignon (please indicate temperature)
Chicken = chicken breast with herb butter
Fish = citrus marinated Pacific salmon
Vegetable = pasta = tortellini w/ assorted veggies
Accommodation Details
As Las Vegas has many wonderful lodging options, we encourage our guests to stay at a location that meets their personal preferences. That being said, for our guests’ convenience, rooms at Caesar’s Palace & the Flamingo have been held and can be booked through April 23, 2019.
