We're thinking about going to each country for a few days at a time. We plan on staying in modest accommodations, trying the local cuisine, and enjoying the sights in each new place.
Some ideas for adventures we have include: hiking with alpacas, bathing in geothermal pools, taking the Guinness tour, try to see the northern lights, sailing to the Skellig Islands, eating some Tapas in a Spanish cafe, standing on the Cliffs of Moher, and maybe make some chocolate in Seville.
