Update (12-12-17): We are so close! Just a reminder for the wedding party and immediate family, the rehearsal is at 1pm on December 30th. Directly following we'll treat you to dinner! For all other guests, the ceremony will begin promptly at 7pm on December 31th. I will get an itinerary of the shuttle for those coming from the hotel and post it as an update. Directly following the ceremony the photo booth will be up and running. Be sure to take some fun pictures and sign a copy for our guestbook. We will also have a traditional custom guestbook, so please venture over and sign that also! During this time there will also be appetizers and cocktails of your choosing while the wedding party finishes photographs. We'll kick off our grand entrance at 8:30pm and have dinner shortly after! Update (10-12-17): We just added an additional link below for a Shoot & Share service that our photographer offers for the wedding. The link below allows you to download an app (on your smart phone or tablet) and all of our guests can add their photos and amazing candids to our wedding photo bank. Also, anyone that signs up will be able to see the professional photographs once they are uploaded as well! If you are going to post any pictures on Facebook or Instagram, our "hashtag" is #itsPHILLIPStime. Get it... its PARTY time! Anyway ;) That will link everyone's personal photographs together so we can create an amazing photo montage of our bash! Lastly, we will have a photo booth as well, so get your poses ready!
Update (9-29-17): We just updated the link under hotels on the site for our specific room block. You can click on that link and reserve a room and can cancel up to 72 hours prior to the stay. If you think you might need a place to hang your hat, its better to book early and cancel. If you are more comfortable doing a call-in reservation, please call 614-790-9000 or 1-800-220-9219 and request the "GPW group rate". Be sure to tell them your Hilton rewards number if you're a member! Wedding invitations will be out this month! Eeeek! We are getting so close! We can't wait to see everyone!
Update (9-21-17): We just blocked rooms at Embassy Suites by Hilton - 5100 Upper Metro Place, Dublin, Ohio 43017 for December 30, 2017 (bridal party and family) and December 31, 2017 for family and friends. The rate is $129 per night which includes a free happy hour, a free shuttle to the bridal venue and back and free made to order breakfast the next morning. You must make your reservation no later than December 2, 2017 in order to get this promotional rate. Due to the holiday, most hotels in the area will fill up fast, so please don't delay. We only could block a limited number of rooms.
Update (8-15-17): We just sent the "Remember the Dates" :) For those that actually received the engraved pencil on the card itself, you're one of the lucky ones! If the mailman destroyed your parcel, let us know - we have extra and will send new ones!
