Greetings!
Hello friends and family,
We are so excited to share our news with you! Sadly COVID put a halt on our wedding planning, but we are happy to be back to it now! Below we wanted to share a summary of our story; with the craziness of life, we have not been able to keep up with or see some of you as frequently as we'd like. We hope you enjoy and would love to hear how each of you have been doing as well!
Kyle and Heather met in December 2017. After a few skype and phone calls, they met up for a date at Sixty Vines in Plano (where they bonded over their now favorite dessert, the Deviled Affogato).
Kyle continued to commute from Fort Worth to Dallas nearly every weekend to see Heather. Ice skating was one of their first date spots and has become a yearly tradition to remember the beginning of their relationship.
While Kyle continued school to get his CISCO certification, Heather was working on building her piano studio. In 2018, Kyle was offered a Network Analyst job in Plano, and moved to Frisco to be closer to Heather. As with all relationships, they had their fair share of challenges, but each one brought them closer together and helped them grow.
Heather and Kyle both loved that they each blended so well with each other's families and enjoyed the time spent with them.
Kyle decided to propose to Heather at one of their first date spots, the Vitruvian Lights in Addison in December 2019 with the help of Heather's brother, Eric, and his wife, Katy.
Along with COVID pushing our wedding date back, we had to deal with canceling several plans and plane tickets purchased for our honeymoon to Switzerland. We still plan to go at a later date when travel is safe and more normalized. When we do go, we plan to explore the cities of Zurich, Lucerne, and Lauterbrunnen!
In addition to our traditional registries, please enjoy browsing our Honeyfund wish list, where you can contribute funds to our dream honeymoon! (It’s safe, secure, and easy.) Feel free to contact us via the link below if you need more info about how it works.
