Dear Loved Ones,

It is with deep regret that we must announce the cancellation of Gen & Jeremy's wedding Saturday 8/14. After much soul searching and prayer, Gen and Jeremy have agreed that a marriage together would not be the best decision for their future. We know that many of you have made plans to attend this special event with us in San Diego, and so we deeply apologize for the cost and inconvenience this may cause. We do ask for your love and prayers as we cope with these difficult decisions.

While the wedding is now cancelled, our whole immediate family, Dawn, Joshua, Kristen, and I will still be traveling to and staying together in San Diego for 8/12 through 8/19. There is a lot of joy and fun to still celebrate in the love that we all share for one another. We would greatly enjoy connecting with any of you who do still come into the area, and hope we can spend some quality family time together. We'll be organizing a dinner together for Friday night and would encourage everyone to connect with one another through text message or email throughout the weekend. Please let us know when you arrive. Of course, we want everyone to feel no obligations to attend, and to be completely free to spend the time vacationing in the area independently as you see fit.

As a last comment, if anyone chooses to cancel their travel plans and incurs hotel or airfare cancellation fees, we will do our best to reimburse you for the cost, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly and privately. Also, any wedding gifts or money that was donated through the Honeyfund account, or by mail, will be returned as soon as possible, (unless you specifically instruct us otherwise).
