Greetings!

Hello friends and family,

We are honored you will share in our special day. We're lucky to already have a home full of everything we need, so please enjoy browsing our Honeyfund wish list, where you can contribute funds to our dream honeymoon! Feel free to contact us via the link below if you need more info about how it works.

Thanks for visiting and we can't wait to see you on our big day!

Due to travel restrictions and complications due to COVID-19 we have decided to cancel our original plans of traveling through the east coast, and decided to stay closer to home.

Even with us staying in Arizona, we have a busy 2 weeks planned! Here are a few of the places and things we plan to visit, experience, do, and stay at:

The Grand Canyon West Rim (one of the world’s Seven Natural Wonders) and hike the Highpoint Hike Trail to Guano Point

Take a walk on "Grand Canyon Skywalk" (This 10-foot wide, horseshoe-shaped glass bridge extends 70 feet out over the rim of the Grand Canyon. Look down and you can see right through the glass platform 4,000 feet to the floor of the Canyon below)

Have lunch at Sky View Restaurant (offers panoramic views of the Skywalk and Eagle Point)

Visit the Grand Canyon Caverns and take a cavern tour

Stay in the "Cavern Suite" at The Grand Canyon Caverns & Inn - It's an Underground "hotel suite" literally INSIDE the caverns! Check out the details here: https://gccaverns.com/rooms-packages/the-grand-canyon-caverns-cavern-motel-room/

Visit, tour and hike through The Petrified Forest National Park

Visit Horseshoe Bend

Visit and tour Antelope Canyon

Visit and tour Canyon de Chelly, and hike White House Ruin Trail (White House Ruin Trail, which descends nearly 600 feet down the cliffs on the south side of Canyon de Chelly, crosses the seasonal Chinle Wash and ends beside one of the most famous ancient dwellings in the monument, a two-level structure with one part on the valley floor and the other 50 feet up in an alcove.)

Visit Four Corners Monument (The Four Corners Monument is the only place where four states meet, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and Utah.)

Visit Sedona and hike Devil's Bridge Trail

Visit Bearizona (a 160 acre drive through animal natural habitat, as well as a 20 acre walk-thru area with a "zoo" type setting)

Visit Saguaro National Park and tour the Signal Hill Petroglyph Area (The site consists of over 200 prehistoric Native American petroglyphs. These petroglyphs were created from between about 550 to 1550 years ago. Petroglyphs, which fall under the common, all-inclusive term “rock art”, are a global phenomenon.)

Visit Mission San Xavier del Bac (A historic Spanish Catholic mission built between 1783 and 1797, which makes it the oldest European structure in Arizona)

Visit the London Bridge in Lake Havasu City (It was built in the 1830s and formerly spanned the River Thames in London, England. It was dismantled in 1967 and relocated to Arizona.)

Visit the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum (A 98-acre zoo, aquarium, botanical garden, natural history museum, publisher, and art gallery, featuring two miles of walking paths traversing 21 acres of desert landscape.)

Visit Kartchner Caverns State Park and do both the Rotunda/Throne and the Big Room Cavern tours

Visit Reid Park Zoo (A 24-acre zoo featuring more than 500 animals - and it's owned by a REID! lol)

Visit Yuma Territorial Prison Park (Arizona’s famous Territorial Prison - former prison, opened on July 1, 1876, and shut down on September 15, 1909. The Prison held a variety of law violators, including the legendary stagecoach robber Pearl Hart, and “Buckskin” Frank Leslie, who worked for Wyatt Earp at the Oriental Bar in Tombstone, AZ.)

Visit Tombstone (an AZ town known for its Wild West history - "The Town Too Tough To Die"), and take a ghost tour of the infamous Bird Cage Theater, watch shows at the O.K. Corral, take an underground tour at Good Enough Mine, visit the Gunfighter Hall of Fame, take a Historical Trolly Tour, and a guided tour on an Old Butterfield Stage Coach.

Our Arizona Adventure

We originally had planned an amazing honeymoon, traveling to Niagara Falls, NY; Salem, MA; Boston, MA; Martha's Vineyard, MA; Long Island, NY; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; and Washington D.C.; however, due to travel restrictions and complications due to COVID-19 we were forced to change our plans.

Both being AZ natives, we're a bit embarrassed to admit there are several things throughout northern and southern AZ that we haven't yet experienced, so thought we might take the opportunity to travel throughout our home state and do the things we've always had on our bucket lists!
