We are taking a grand tour of Africa for our honeymoon! We want to visit as many countries as possible for this once in a lifetime experience. We're probably put more thought into this trip than we have to our actual wedding, and we are so thankful that you are able to help us make it happen.
We'll begin our journey in East Africa, Ethiopia. The birthplace of coffee, home to majestic castles, and a rice history of religion and tradition. Next, we'll make our way to North Africa, were the Mediterranean, Middle East, and ancient history collide. Then, we'll make our way to West Africa, where ancestors from the African American and Caribbean Diasporas can be traced. We hope to reconnect with our roots while embracing the new. Lastly, we'll end our journey on an island in the Indian Ocean, where we'll rest and relax, soaking in the beauty and warmth before heading home.
