We hope you are doing well and staying healthy and safe in these current times.
We wanted to provide you with an update to our initial save the date. Given what is going on with the pandemic and surrounding uncertainties/restrictions, it has been difficult to plan our guest list.
As it stands right now, we are basing the current guest list off of the latest phase 2 capacity of 50 people for weddings. For us, that means the guest list will essentially include only immediate family and the wedding party.
However, on our end we don’t need to finalize guest list numbers until about a month before the wedding date with the venue/vendors, so we will wait as long as possible to see if there are any major changes to these restrictions (both the ceremony and reception) before we send out formal wedding invitations (e.g. August 1st).
We understand the last minute notice and changes may make it difficult for some of you to plan travel/accommodations, so we appreciate whatever you decide is best for you at this time.
Finally, if you foresee any challenges with our current situation that would make it difficult to rearrange plans so last minute, please don’t hesitate to let us know sooner rather than later.
We will keep our fingers crossed for further lifted restrictions and a happy and safe wedding day!
