Hello friends and family,

A new chapter in the adventure of my life is opening up! I'm in contract to buy a cute little house in South Sacramento (Tallac V illage)! I have most everything I need to set up my home, except for a couple of the major items--like a sofa and washer/dryer combo. As you can imagine, every penny I've got has to go into the down payment to close the loan, and so I turn to you with a structured housewarming request. :) VIRGO PROBLEMS!
