Useful Tips for guests regards timings
Our ceremony starts at 2:15pm (prompt), the registry office asks that guests are seated in the ceremony room by 2pm.
Afternoon Tea - If you've been invited to afternoon tea please make sure you're at Shalford Village Hall by 4pm.
Evening Reception - Guests who are joining us in the evening can do so from 6pm - the bar will be open. All guests are to be seated by 7pm for the evening meal, so if you can avoid turning up fashionably late it would be greatly appreciated.

More Information:
Parking: There's limited parking at Artington House for the ceremony so you might want to consider car sharing or parking at the reception venue, where there's plenty of space, and getting a taxi (it's only a couple of miles).
Pre-Wedding Drinks: David (aka the Groom) will be in Ye Olde Ship Inn (a couple minutes walk from the register office) from 1pm for a quick drink before the service if anyone would like to join him. As for Jacqui (aka the Bride); you'll all have to wait until the service to see her.
Hotels: For those of you travelling and wishing to stay locally overnight, there's limited accommodation facilities in Shalford itself, but Guildford is only a couple miles away and you'll find all the usual chain hotels and an abundance of guest houses and B&Bs.
