Hello everyone,
With our wedding date being that of the Virginia Tech Alumni weekend, blocking off rooms is extremely impossible. If they do let me block them they triple the rate, which is ridiculous. So that being said I have managed to block off 40 rooms total.
20 are at the Hampton Inn in Dublin Va: rate $189. Book by September 20th. 10 of them have to be booked otherwise they will automatically change the rate to $199. This hotel is 35 minutes to Lovewell Lodge.
20 more are at the Hampton Inn in Princeton WV: rate is $113. Book by September 20 as well. This rate will not change. This hotel is 37 minutes to Lovewell Lodge.
I am so sorry we were not able to get anything a little closer due to the game.
