We are ready for the adventure of a lifetime! We will start in Anchorage, where the first breathtaking views will be in front of us right off of the plane. This will be followed by two nights of exploring all that the downtown area has to offer. Then we plan to head to Homer, stopping along the way for a day-long glacier cruise! We can't wait to see some whales, glaciers, and maybe some seals. Homer is famous for the great fishing that the area has to offer, so of course neither of us nature enthusiasts can pass that up! We plan to fish for either salmon or halibut in a half-day trip. Last but not least, we are going to head back to Anchorage, rent an RV. Then following days will be spent at our leisure in Denali National Park, hopefully waking up to views of Mt. McKinley, which is rarely seen in its full glory due to the cloud cover.
