We understand the concern for safety when attending events under the current circumstances. That being said, at this time we are confident that we can respect social distancing and keep everyone safe. See below for details...
First we ask that guests please stay home and take care if experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath or other new onset symptoms within 72 hours of the big day.
The venue accommodates both indoor and outdoor spaces. Being the only event on the premises, we will have access to all 25 acres of the property. With a vast outdoor area and a guest list of only 60, parties can maintain as much space from other parties to meet their comfort level.
The ceremony will take place outside. Dances and other traditions will be in the barn. The tables/chairs in the barn will allow for safe distancing between guests. There are also MANY outdoor areas surrounding the barn where guests are welcome to roam and/or find seating throughout the duration of the event if that is more comfortable! There are outdoor speakers that will enable guests to hear the events taking place in the barn. We will not be offended if guests choose to remain outside for the duration of the event!
Hand sanitizer, disinfecting spray and disinfecting wipes will be readily available in various areas throughout the venue with special attention in bathrooms and near games and food/drink stations. Guests can use these items freely.
BricknFire Pizza is following all CDC recommended guidelines for food preparation. In addition to standard precautions, their staff will wear masks and gloves. They will be preparing and serving unlimited wood-fire pizza, pasta and salad from a food truck for 4 hours. Guests will go with their parties to the truck to order their food where it will be prepared and handed directly to them. There will not be any buffet style food sitting out-all snacks/desserts will be individually wrapped.
Drinks will be self-served. Bottled wine and beer from kegerators will be available. Non-alcoholic drinks (canned soda and bottled water) will be available in tubs. As previously mentioned, disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer will be available at all drink stations so guests can wipe down the cans/bottles and sanitize their hands before pouring into their own mason jar to enjoy.
Masks are welcome and we will have them available for guests on site!

Due to many constraints, our wedding will be an adult only occasion.
