Dear Family and Friends,
We hope you and yours are healthy and safe during this time, and we appreciate all the love and support we've received from each of you. Although the COVID-19 crisis has created much uncertainty, as of now, we will be proceeding with caution as we get closer to the date.
We understand that the situation is in constant flux but based on the CDC guidelines and the safety recommendations of the state, we're hopeful that by the end of spring, it'll be safe to gather and celebrate. We will keep you informed if that should change.
We're also aware that scheduling time away from family and work may pose challenges, so if this time of year doesn't fit into your current situation we sincerely understand and hope to celebrate with you at another time. We also understand that people might change their minds, so please reach out to us directly if your plans change.
Thank you all again for your continuous love, patience, and support as we begin this exciting new chapter in our lives. We cannot wait for the BIG DAY and look forward to celebrating with you!

Updates
The hotel block has been secured. Please call the hotel at (585) 249-0601. Guests will need to mention they are guest of the wedding. The will ask for either of our names (Ivanna or Carlos). The rates are as follows: Queen Room is $169 plus tax, King room is $174 plus tax, the King suite available for $189 plus tax. Check in time is 3pm and Checkout is at noon. Breakfast is provided onsite at the hotel. These rates are in effect until April 28, 2021.

Shuttle Service from the Hampton Inn Rochester/Penfield will be provided! Shuttle service will begin at 4pm to the venue. The ceremony will start at 5:30pm Its's about a 15 minute drive. There will be return shuttle service to the hotel starting at 10:30pm all the way until midnight. Please feel free to contact Stephanie Paredes (585) 743-6240 with any questions.

We are 125 days away. If you need to stay at a hotel please book at the Hampton Inn Rochester/Penfield. We are currently looking into getting a shuttle from the hotel to the venue so folks won't have to worry about driving. We are hoping to have a group code for booking by the end of the week!
