Dearest friends:

We are honored that so many of you wanted to share in our special day. Your presence is truly the perfect gift. Things as they are in the world, we eloped earlier this year and if you recall, promised to schedule some sort of a reception in the coming months for everyone to properly gather without restriction. We love and we miss all of you - we just simply didn't want to until "the perfect time" to tie the knot, or now, throw a large event.

Given the state of the world, we did our research and found out a few things:

1) The average cost of a honeymoon is $4,470.

2) Once you add up venue rental, rehearsals, a band, catered food and a wedding cake - the cost runs up several thousand more easily. With flights being canceled left and right and it seemingly impossible to make it work, we found a way and "changed the rules" a bit!

We're going to run the equivalent of a 60-day honeymoon, but also a rolling reception! What's the most valuable thing in the world - time! What's the one thing you don't get at a wedding or reception with the happy couple? TIME.

So, toss all of the normal reception ideas out the window! Here's how this works:

1) Our Wedding Reception is....

November and December.

Yep. It starts Friday, November 5th and it is expected to run through December, possibly January, and if so: almost certainly until our first anniversary on February 2!

2) Off season rates are absolutely amazing. Seriously. It's how we can make this happen. Plus, it IS Cape Cod.

3) Let's actually hang out. In person. Have real conversations about things that matter. We miss you all and we wish we could come see all of you, but this is actually easiest.

4) So, pull out your calendar book...You have a full 2 month window to PICK when you'd attend. How cool is that?
