Maldives

We are staying on a remote island in the Maldives at a resort called Vilamendhoo Resort and Spa. The room is over the water with our own ladder going down into the ocean. We plan on snorkeling every day outside of our room on the hotel's coral reef. Several different species of fish call this reef home, including sting rays, baby sharks, and sea turtles. Whale sharks and manta rays are normally swimming by in the deeper waters, and we plan on taking a snorkeling trip out to see them. We are extremely excited about our honeymoon as we think this will be a once in a lifetime trip.
