Hello friends and family,
At long last, we are getting married on March 19th, 2017 at 12:00 pm at Brechtel park in New Orleans. It will be a fun outdoor wedding and reception with dancing, music, vegetarian food galore, and drinks. We hope that you will share in our special day, dressed in whatever makes you comfortable. Please bring your invitation with you to the park, as it will save you from paying the $2 entrance fee.
As people who have been living on their own for a while, we have everything we need in terms of homey stuff - so instead of a gift registry, we're hoping you will help us fund our dream honeymoon to Jamaica! This site is where you can do that, and there are both online and snail mail options.
On this site you can also find our wedding info, photos, contact info - basically, wedding central. Invitations have been mailed, and you can RSVP at: bayoubrustro.rsvpify.com OR via phone/email.
Directions to the ceremony site within the park will be emailed out a couple of weeks before the wedding.

Brechtel park is a beautiful city park in West Bank/Algiers, which is a neighborhood of New Orleans a bit away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Both our ceremony and reception will be there. "Shelters 7 & 8" are the location within the park, there is plenty of parking, and please bring your invite, as it will allow you into the park without paying park fees. Finding shelters 7 and 8 is easy! The entire park is off of a single road. Drive past shelters 1-6 and you will be at shelters 7 and 8.
There are a variety of housing accommodations in and around New Orleans, depending on your budget and taste and what part of the city you'd like to stay in. For the ultra fancy downtown location, check out the Roosevelt Waldorf Astoria. On the other side of things, there are resources like www.airbnb.com and www.vrbo.com.
