Hello everyone!! Thank you all for taking the time to stop by. Seeing as how we're not having a traditional marriage (I mean whats really been traditional about us, we've got 15 years, two kids between us, and two beautiful step kids...we're basically married already) we thought it might be a good idea to at least make an announcement to our family and friends and extend the invitation (knowing full well its almost impossible to get everyone together but extending it none the less). We are heading to Florida for a family vacation May 18-25. Its a busy week filled with Haleigh's graduation, amusement parks and swimming pools. We decided what better time to get married than when we're all together as a family. For those of you that know us, you know our financial situation hasn't been the best the past few years. We lost everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) and have had to rebuild, putting our wedding on the back burner. We cant afford a grand affair, and figured doing a nice little destination wedding with our family all in one place would be a great idea. This has been a loooong time coming and we were tired of the wait, its not about the wedding. Its about the love we share, our kids, and the eyes of the lord. So that said we have a fun week planned and for anyone interested your more than welcome to join us. Its nothing big, a quick little ceremony followed by some roller coasters, but all are always welcome. You can contact Caoin or I for the details but keep in mind we have no set plans for a "ceremony" or "reception" in place. We have decided to register through Honeyfund in lieu of gifts as every little bit helps towards a great wedding/vacation. We are so excited to share this with you guys, its been such a long time coming.... and while its not what we had originally planned when we got engaged, we are so excited and so happy to make it "official".
