Because we already have two houses full of items, we do not need any more stuff! But would love to make some much needed renovations to make Andy's house our house. This includes re-insulating the attic space to create an additional living space, resealing the basement, and updating the kitchen. Exciting we know, but this is something we would really like to be able to do together.
