We are honored you will share in our special day. As you may know, one of our shared values is that of experiences as opposed to possessions. We believe that the more minimal our possessions, the more resources we have to appreciate the natural beauty and experiences that truly make our lives rich. Thus, the best gift you can give us is your presence on our wedding day, which will make memories we will cherish forever.

Another form of gift we would greatly appreciate is a gift of service for our wedding day - helping to set up/clean up, taking photos, playing music, driving guests... please contact us for more details if a gift of service is one you'd be interested in giving us.

Our Home Build Fund:

In March 2016, we purchased 2.2 acres on Black Bear Ridge in Campton, KY, where we plan to build our future home. We are currently felling trees and curing them for mill, to be used in the timber frame construction of our house. This will save us thousands of dollars down the road, and will result in a truly unique and special home. Contributions to this fund will help us complete the construction of our home by installing windows, insulation, flooring, and other items.

Our Honeymoon Fund:

One of the things that brought Joe and Amy together and which has continued to strengthen our relationship is our love of seeking new experiences through travel and climbing. Contributions to this fund will help us go on the road-trip we've been dreaming of since our last big trip to Wyoming in the summer of 2012... a cross-country voyage to see the the southwest, California, and Alaska!
