Dearest Family and Friends,
We are honored you will share in our special day. Renewing our vows is something that we wanted to share specifically with people that have supported our relationship and our individual lives.
The renewing of vows ceremony and reception on Saturday, June 20, 2020 are the main attractions and only events we are hosting. Guests should arrive on Friday and leave on Sunday, unless you wish to make additional plans for sightseeing.
As stated in your invitation, the ceremony starts at 3pm and the reception will immediately follow. The Abdul-Ghani reception will conclude at 10pm. Be prepared for Bay Area traffic. If you and your loved ones wish not to rent a car, consider Lyft or Uber to take you to both the ceremony and reception.
The renewing of vows theme is "Heritage." We are celebrating who we are, where we come from, and the traditions of Black love and marriage.
We have experienced several milestones in our relationship. We gave birth to a handsome son and recently we bought a home.
As a way to celebrate our love after the ceremony and reception, we wish to go on a cruise. We would appreciate any monetary contributions to our dream honeymoon.
