For some time now, we have shared our lives together, this is nothing new,

But today is different, its when two become one, in the moment we kiss and say I do,

To share the happiest moments in our lives with our best friends and family, and yes... that means all of you,

It is one of the best parts of all of this wedding stuff, it truly is a dream within a dream coming true.

If you were thinking in terms of gifts because sometimes that's what friends do,

just know your presence, is a present enough, and for being a part of our lives, we kindly thank you.

We do not have a list of things for the house that we want or need,

It's more so a fresh start together, a clean slate as newly weds, and as far as life goes that would really put us in the lead.

What you contribute, is completely up to you,

and just know there is no pressure, if you can't or don't want to,

Being our friend is more than you ever needed to do,

For that alone, we are so grateful and lovingly thank you.
