Bridal skincareThis entry is from our Expert Guest series where wedding and honeymoon professionals share their best tips on creating memories that last a lifetime.

It is not hard to notice that nowadays, skin problems have become very frequent. Factors like pollution, chemicals, and processed food have a very bad influence on people’s skin.

On Instagram, there are more and more influencers that promote different creams, oils, and acne treatments, forgetting that this is a dermatologist’s mission. Sadly, the young generation listens to them a lot and buys the products that they promote, without knowing why they need a strict skincare routine and how to create it according to their skin type.

In this article, you’re going to find 5 reasons why having a pre-wedding skincare routine is essential if you want to maintain a healthy, glowy look.

Why Is Having A Pre-Wedding Skincare Routine Important?

1. Your Skin Can Reflect Health Problems

Face mapping

Did you know that all the human internal organs are showing you they have a problem through acne in different parts of the face?

According to Healthline, Chinese face mapping is essential in knowing your affections and providing the right face treatment. For example, the temples are linked to the kidneys and bladder, and infections in these areas can react via acne.

Therefore, pay attention to what signs your face gives you and go for a skincare routine adapted to your personal problems.

2. Beautiful Skin Boosts Your Confidence

It’s like that moment when women change their hairstyle and feel like they can conquer the world, or men growing a beard and feel more masculine. A beautiful skin is just the same.

Having a healthy appearance and zero imperfections on your face may seem to be a fantasy for many people, but nothing can compare with the moment you achieve that performance. When you wake up in the morning and look in the mirror, you just feel like nothing can go wrong that day and your confidence grows significantly.

It is just a small detail that makes the difference in your life and makes you feel more comfortable with yourself.

3. Social Acceptance

Prevent premature aging

If you’ve ever had skin problems, you know exactly how awkward that moment is when someone is staring at you, wondering what’s that on your face.

When they don’t know what you’re going through, people tend to criticize before understanding. There are many teenagers that were excluded or bullied because of their skin problems.

Social acceptance is often linked to appearance, so try to accept yourself as you are, solve your problems and make people around you understand that there’s nothing wrong with the way you look.

4. Prevent Premature Aging

For skin, the most important thing you can do is to hydrate it. Besides the benefits of drinking water daily, another hydration method for skin are creams included in your skincare routine.

If you start using hydrating creams in your face and neck from the moment you start to become mature, you protect your skin from premature aging.

Fine wrinkles can appear even from 25 years old, but it is not recommended to use anti aging solutions so early. You can just start using prevent creams, and around 35 start with anti-aging serums that are gold for your face! Don’t forget to always remove your make-up before going to bed, EVERY NIGHT!

From collagen to hyaluronic acid, snail extract, or snake venom, all of them are meant to make your wrinkles disappear as much as possible. So, what are you waiting for? Choose your favorite products and include them in your beauty routine.

5. Self-Care Ritual

Pre-wedding self careA skincare routine is not only about exterior beauty, but about time spent with yourself. According to statistics, women spend daily 55 minutes on beauty prep.

It may seem a lot to you now, but the truth is, while enjoying a skincare routine, women not only apply all kinds of creams and masks on their face. It is time to reflect, to focus on yourself, to meditate, and why not, to set goals and analyze your results.

The beauty ritual helps people think deeper and enjoy some time alone, meditating. Do you agree with me now that beauty is not only about exterior? 🙂

I hope you found in this article some helpful reasons why you should immediately have a daily skincare routine adapted to your needs. If you don’t know exactly how to do that, here’s a link you can enjoy watching about Kardashian’s night skin care routine. Potenzmittel rezeptfrei

Hello everyone! Thank you for this really useful article. I am 32 and I have been living under a rock when it comes to skincare. I have never had a skincare routine and sadly I have been facing the consequences. Tbh I look way older than I am (probably cz I don’t wear sunscreen)and my face has been getting really irritated lately. I also have a lot of blackheads on my nose and even my t zone area and oh how can I forget my very noticeable dark circles. This all makes me feel so insecure and I have been so desperate to start a skincare routine
