Honeyfund National Honeymoon Day Contest 2026 — Official Rules

Beginning July 8, 2026, Honeyfund (“Administrator”) is conducting the Honeyfund National Honeymoon Day Contest 2026 (“Contest”), featuring one (1) Grand Prize that includes prize contributions provided by Lopesan Hotel Management, S.L., with prize fulfillment coordinated by Alliance Connection, Inc., consisting of a four (4)-night all-inclusive stay for two (2) adults at Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, Spa & Casino (Punta Cana, Dominican Republic) valued at $2,500 (USD), and up to two (2) Airfare Flight Gift Cards valued at $500 (USD) per person ($1,000 USD total), as well as a contribution provided directly by Honeyfund consisting of $500 (USD) in Honeyfund credit. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Honeyfund’s National Honeymoon Day Contest 2026 (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the US who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Honeyfund and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

The Contest is administered by Honeyfund.com, Inc. (‘Administrator’ and ‘Sponsor’), located at 2519 McMullen Booth Rd N, Ste 510-260, Clearwater, FL 33761.

PRIZE

Honeyfund’s National Honeymoon Day Contest 2026 consists of one (1) Grand Prize which includes:

1. One (1) four (4)-night all-inclusive stay for two (2) adults at Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, Spa & Casino, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. All-inclusive package includes meals, beverages, non-motorized water sports, entertainment, taxes, gratuities, and service charges. (ARV: $2,500 USD)
2. Virtual flight gift cards from flightgift.com (up to $500 per person and $1,000 USD total).
3. One (1) $500 (USD) Honeyfund credit.

Total approximate prize value is approximately $4,000 USD. Any expenses not mentioned above, including, but not limited to personal expenses, travel insurance, and other travel expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

PARTNER PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following additional terms govern the four (4)-night all-inclusive stay for two (2) adults at Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, Spa & Casino (Punta Cana, Dominican Republic) valued at $2,500 (USD) (the “Partner Prize”):

• All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Partner Prize description, including but not limited to taxes, airfare costs exceeding the value of the Flight Gift Cards, ground transportation, spa treatments, excursions, discretionary premium meal service and specialty wine list, and other costs, fees, or surcharges, will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
• The winner will be presented an official certificate detailing the Partner Prize and redemption process (“Prize Certificate”).
• The Prize Certificate will be valid for one (1) year from the Partner Prize being awarded (“Prize Expiration Date”) to complete travel. The winner must complete all travel associated with the Partner Prize on or before the Prize Expiration Date. Any portion of the Partner Prize not redeemed or completed by the Prize Expiration Date shall be forfeited in its entirety, and no extensions, substitutions, credits, or cash equivalents will be provided.
• The winner is not permitted to substitute the Partner Prize for cash or any other alternative. The Partner Prize and Prize Certificate are not transferable to any other person.
• The Partner Prize is subject to availability, holidays, and blackout dates at the time of fulfillment. Special events are excluded. This Partner Prize does not include any additional guests or extra room nights.
• Reservations must be confirmed at least thirty (30) days prior to travel dates.
• The Partner (Lopesan Hotel Management, S.L. / Alliance Connection, Inc.) has the right to substitute the Partner Prize offered for a prize of equal or greater value if the Partner Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

CONTEST PERIOD

Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. The Contest entry period begins July 8, 2026 at 11:00 am EDT and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm EDT (the “Contest Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

HOW TO ENTER

To constitute a valid entry, participants must complete and submit the official Contest entry form available on the Honeyfund National Honeymoon Day Contest landing page during the Contest Period.

A complete entry must include:

• The entrant’s name
• The entrant’s email address
• The entrant’s wedding date
• A response to the question: “Where did you honeymoon and why did you choose that destination?”
• A response to the question: “Did you use a honeymoon fund?”
• A response to the question: “What made the honeymoon destination you chose feel like the perfect place to begin your next chapter together?”
• A response to the question: “Think back to the moments that made your honeymoon unforgettable. How did traveling together change or strengthen your relationship?”
• A response to the question: “What was the moment on your honeymoon that made you stop and think, “We’ll remember this forever”?”
• A video of the entrant and their partner on their honeymoon that’s at least fifteen (15) seconds in length
• Any additional information or acknowledgments required by the official Contest entry form, including acceptance of these Official Rules

Couples who submit a complete entry during the Contest Period will receive one (1) entry into the Contest for judging. Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, corrupted, or late submissions, or submissions that do not comply with these Official Rules, are void and will not be considered.

Any account suspected of being fraudulent, or any entry determined by the Administrator, in its sole discretion, to violate these Official Rules, will be disqualified.

Entries generated in whole or in part using artificial intelligence tools, automated submission software, or any other mechanical or electronic means will be disqualified. All submitted photographs and videos must be original, depict the entrant’s own honeymoon experience, and either be created by or owned by the entrant. Entrants represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the content as part of the Contest.

No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Only one (1) entry per household will be accepted, regardless of the number of individuals in the household. Multiple entries from the same household, even if submitted by different individuals, will not be considered valid and will be disqualified.

All entries become the property of the Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrant grants the Administrator permission to use the entries for promotional purposes, with or without any legally required permission of the participants or entrants.

ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION

To be eligible to win, entrants must have celebrated a wedding or anniversary and taken a honeymoon or honeymoon-style vacation any time in the last 20 years. Eligibility will be verified by the Administrator using submission materials, internal records and publicly available data. Entrants who cannot be verified as meeting this requirement at the time of winner selection will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

On or about August 3, 2026, the Administrator will select one winner from among all eligible entries received throughout the entry period. The winner will not be selected at random. Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges selected by the Administrator based on the following criteria:

Emotional Resonance	20%	The extent to which the entry creates an emotional connection through the couple’s story, reflecting genuine experiences, meaningful moments, and the impact of the honeymoon on the couple.
Visual Quality of Submitted Videos and Photos	20%	The overall quality, clarity, composition, and storytelling value of the submitted video and/or photographs, including whether the content is compelling and suitable for promotional use by the Sponsor. Professional production quality is not required.
Storytelling Quality	20%	How clearly, cohesively, and engagingly the entry communicates the couple’s honeymoon experience through its written responses and supporting visual content.

In the event of a tie, the judging panel will conduct a second review of the tied entries and the entry receiving the highest combined score across all criteria will be selected as the winner. If a tie cannot be resolved through re-evaluation, the Administrator reserves the right to make a final determination at its sole discretion. The Administrator will attempt to notify the potential Contest winner via direct message and/or email on or about August 3, 2026. If the potential winner does not reply or cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Administrator may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate prize winners will be selected, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. The potential winner(s) will be notified by direct message and/or email. The potential Prize winner (parent/legal guardian if a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete identity verification and complete, electronically sign and submit a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. Failure to complete identity verification or failure to submit the Declaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), or if prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. If the potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Administrator reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign the Declaration of Compliance on the potential winner’s behalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.

Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Administrator will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

By 11:59 p.m. ET on August 14, 2026, the winner will be announced on the Contest landing page and on Honeyfund’s Instagram. All entrants will be notified by email.

PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Following winner verification, Honeyfund will coordinate with Alliance Connection to facilitate fulfillment of the resort and airfare portions of the Prize. Alliance Connection will provide the winner with a Prize Certificate containing the resort redemption details and instructions for booking the stay, as well as the applicable airfare gift card(s) and redemption instructions once the resort reservation has been confirmed. The winner is responsible for booking travel in accordance with the redemption instructions provided and for any airfare costs exceeding the value of the airfare gift card(s). If the winner forfeits the Prize after fulfillment has begun, the Prize will not be re-awarded. The Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

TAXES

The prize is considered taxable income by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. If the fair market value of the prize is $600 or more, the Administrator will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service and the winner will be required to provide their Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. The winner agrees to provide whatever information is necessary for the Administrator to comply with applicable governmental reporting requirements.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

In the event that the operation, security, or administration or fulfillment of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Contest is unable to run as planned for any other reason including natural disasters or acts reasonably beyond the control of the Administrator, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, the Administrator may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Contest and, In the event that the operation, security, administration, judging, or fulfillment of the Contest is impaired in any way, Administrator may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume it in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules, or (b) terminate the Contest and, if feasible, judge all eligible entries received prior to the impairment in accordance with the judging criteria set forth in these Official Rules and award the prize to the highest-scoring eligible entry..

The Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Administrator reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

LICENSE TO USE ENTRIES

By entering the Contest, each entrant grants the Administrator a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, and entry, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any promotional, public relations, advertising, or any other purpose, without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.

Winner’s personally identifiable information (PII) may be shared with the Prize Administrator solely for the purpose of prize fulfillment. Otherwise, PII collected in connection with this Contest will be used by the Administrator in accordance with the license described above and its privacy policy, available at honeyfund.com/privacy.

RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to indemnify, defend, release and hold harmless the Administrator, Prize Administrator, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Contest, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) application downloads; (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries or in any Contest-related materials; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Administrator is not responsible for any prize that is not timely taken or properly redeemed by any winner, or for any prize that is lost, damaged or stolen during or after shipping.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Contest, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, your participation in the Contest, or the awarding, receipt, use, and/or misuse of the prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Administrator; the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in the Contest), and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Administrator in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner will be announced on or about August 14, 2026 (National Honeymoon Day), after eligibility has been verified, on the Honeyfund National Honeymoon Day Contest landing page at https://www.honeyfund.com/content/national-honeymoonday-contest2026, by email to Honeyfund couples, and on Honeyfund’s Instagram account at https://www.instagram.com/honeyfund. If requested, the winner’s name will also be available by email within a reasonable time after the winner has been confirmed.
