Hello friends and family,

We combined two households five years ago, and like many people these days, we don't need much for the start of our married life. Many of you are traveling from so far away, and cliche it may be, but your presence really is enough. That being said, if you would like to give a gift, we do have a couple of suggestions.

We will not be in a position to take a romantic honeymoon together for a while yet! We are; however, planning to take all four (!) children on a celebration trip to Portugal the summer after the wedding. Any small contributions to this trip would be lovely.

Our second suggestion is a contribution in our names to the Gananoque Humane Society. Anyone who has visited us knows that our two cats, Ainsley and Maynard, rule the roost in our house. They both came from the Gan Humane Society, and we can't think of anything nicer than helping other cats at the shelter find a happy life.
