As many may know we bought a fixer-upper of a house that was a rental since the '90s and saw little to no updates. Just to give you an idea of our hardest to fund projects here's a peak into where the gifts will go!

Replacing the doors and windows that leak air all winter- we have

-4 doors to replace that lead outside $700 per average price.

-4 indoors that are closer to $ 200 each.

-6 windows$200-400 depending on size.

Fixing our back deck which leaks water into the walls

3-5k total

Replacing old plumbing, fixtures, and other odd things like blinds, attic ladders, etc.

These are all too expensive to register for one gift, please just contribute to our repairs and we will be SO happy! We don't need stuff, we are happy with everything we have.
