International Rescue Committee. The IRC responds to some of the world's worst crises, delivering aid that saves lives while paving the way for long-term recovery. They serve people whose lives have been upended by war, conflict and natural disasters and work in countries where people don’t have the support they need to recover from crisis, and resettle refugees welcomed by the United States, helping them to succeed and thrive. The IRC enjoys an active presence in Baltimore.
