There is plenty of places to stay in the area at various price points. For those coming to Hershey from out of state. Airport : Harrisburg international airport (HIA) ~30 min drive from there……….. Train stations: HAR, ELT or MID work. ~20-30 min drive from those stations Hersheypark will be open Saturday and Sunday April 5th and 6th as well as Saturday and Sunday April 12 and 13th We will be having a brunch the morning following the wedding for those interested in joining. (This would be an additional cost) Brunch will be at Fire and Grain at the Hershey lodge. Please let us know before April 1st if you will be interested so we can let them know how many people!! Wedding attire will be semiformal/ business causal, but our guest can feel free to dress more formal if they would like. Guests can start arriving to the gardens around 330PM if they prefer, however music and seating wont start until 4 PM with the ceremony starting at 4:30PM. Use the time before the ceremony to check out the garden and enjoy the butterfly room! Just note the Gardens will be open to the public at that time, so you can simply let the front desk know you are there for the wedding.
