We never had a proper wedding or honeymoon but all I want is to fix what we have. We have some major roof damage from the rain and bad weather. We resently had a tree fall on the home that has caused bad leaking in the kitchen, living room, bathroom and both kids rooms. The damage has reached the window seals as well down one side of the home. They are rotting because of the water. There is also mold in the bathroom and kids room.

Anyone who knows me, knows I had nothing to my name 5 years ago and this place was a fixer. I only looked at the bad cosmetic damage and once that was fixed, I found way more wrong. I needed a place for my kids so I did what I had to with the little I had. I bought a 1k Airstream that was falling apart. Rebuilt the bathroom with my uncle and flipped it for 3k to put down a payment on this place. I need to make sure it isn't all in vain.

We're lucky to already have a home full of everything we need but we need to fix it for the kids.
