Hello friends and family,

Natalie and I are delighted to have you all accompanying us in spirit as we embark on this thrilling new chapter in our lives together. With all that's going on in the world right now, this certainly is a weird and challenging time to get married! Yet the well wishes and warm regards of loved ones are all the amphetamine we need to make this a special, joyous occasion.

We also greatly appreciate your desire to contribute more tangibly to our future together in the form of a gift. And to this end, we would like to provide some guidance on what kind of gift would be most helpful to us. At the moment, we're looking into buying a very small house--not quite small enough to be a tiny home, but rather a dainty, cozy 600-to-800-or-so square footer. We already possess all the usual appliances and appurtenances with which one would outfit a new home, so the best type of gift for us just now would be monetary contributions toward a down payment on a mortgage.
