We are going back to Mexico!!! We had an amazing 1 year anniversary trip to Acapulco back in 2013 and we are returning, but this time to Hotel Xcaret in Playa del Carmen! It's an incredible brand new resort with access to all of their many other resorts. We will stay in a gorgeous suite in an adults only building and be treated like royalty! We have never been to an all-inclusive resort before and are very excited!
