Bora Bora is a very romantic spot and a dream vacation for both of us. We have talked for a couple years about how great it would be to actually take a relaxing and romantic trip like this for our once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon.
The main island of Bora Bora has an absolutely stunning (and extinct) twin-peaked volcano in the center: Mount Otemanu. The rocky peak looks different from every side of the island, inspiring animations even featured in Disney's Moana. With reefs and barrier islands surrounding the volcano, plus lush jungle creeping up the volcano's sides, it's unlike any other place on earth.
There are lots of activities that we can do when we want some adventure but would also be super relaxing to stay over the water in a bungalow where we can see the fish though the floor!
