Normally this is where we tell you about all the stuff we need for our new home and life and you generously gift us these things! But here’s the catch…

We don’t need anything.

That awesome 20 piece set of stainless steel cookware? Incredible! But we already have really functional cookware and are happy with it. That 4 -in -1 rice cooker/steamer/deep fryer? I don’t know how they made that - that’s incredible - but no thank you! We don’t even have the space for it.

What is our goal?

Our goal is to move to Istanbul and set our life up there, living modestly, working remotely, and spending as much time in the Turkish ministry field as possible.

Although personal gifts are thoughtful, due to the fact that we are moving to another country with only a few personal items, gift cards or money would be much more useful and appreciated for this new start to our married life and in our service work. If you have a personal momento in mind, feel free to discuss with us before you get it for a wedding gift. Thank you for sharing in this occasion with us.

So instead of spending $400 on that cooking set, we’d appreciate the funds given directly so we can best allocate it toward our spiritual goals and move.
