The other day I was reading that years ago, wedding gifts were to ensure the couple were able to take a honeymoon. Well, enter COVID-19, and we weren't able to have a big celebration, eat with friends and family, dance the night away, and have rice thrown at us. Because of this, and although grateful for those who contributed, we received very few cash gifts.
