EVENT SCHEDULE 8/25 & 8/26:
Aug 25th Evening:
6pm - 9pm at The Upper Hatch @ The Tofino Resort and Marina.
There will be appies, dinner and drinks. It will be casual.
The Hatch Pub is right below, so it will be easy to pop down if you want to continue the night.
If you can't make the night before event please let us know!
Aug 26th Wedding Day:
SHUTTLE INFO:
3:15pm - Shuttle from town to the Wickaninnish Inn:
There is a Wick shuttle van scheduled to pick up guests from the Tofino Resort and Marina at 3:15pm. They can take a maximum of 8 guests, which should cover everyone staying in town. If you are staying at Hotel Zed, it's a 7 min walk to the Wick. Please see above other transportation options if you don't want to walk or are not self driving to the venue. See below for return shuttle info.
3:30pm Guest Arrival
4:00pm Ceremony
Please arrive at the Wickaninnish Inn around 3:30pm. The ceremony and reception will be held on Shell Beach. There will be a sign directing you where to go. If you self drive, you can park on site. Please be prepared to show your ID. They will be checking everyone entering the property to verify you are a Canadian Resident or US Citizen / Permanent Resident.
SHUTTLE INFO:
10:30pm - 12:30am - Shuttles back to town. There will be a shuttle bus that will take everyone back.
Use Whistle! app if you would like to leave earlier. You will want to book ahead about 1 hour before.
TRANSPORTATION:
There are three main transportation options for getting around Tofino with out a car.
-Tofino Taxi (250) 725-3333 (It's a small taxi company and may not be the best to rely on as service delays are common during peak hours)
-Whistle! (download the app - it's like Uber).
-Tofino Free Shuttle.
